REPresenting Our Schools Art Project

Representing Our Schools Art Project

Student Notecard Collection

REP showcases selected student artwork in its popular Student Notecard Collection. The collection rotates annually between elementary student artwork and secondary level student artwork. Artwork is submitted before spring break and is juried by a panel of judges. The winners are notified and are honored at the REP Evening of Appreciation celebration in the spring.

The selected artwork is reproduced onto Notecards. The sale of these Notecards benefits the REP program TAGS Funding for Enrichment. Photocopies of the original, winning artwork are also framed and displayed at the RUSD offices.

Student Notecards are available for purchase at the REP website www.rep4schools.com and the RUSD District offices at the corner of Lugonia and Orange St.

Eleven secondary student artists were honored for their winning artwork in the 2017 REPresenting Our Schools Art Project. The Art project alternates yearly between elementary and secondary schools. Over 90 pieces of secondary artwork were submitted from various school sites in RUSD this spring. The submissions were then reviewed by a panel of judges.
In addition to being recognized during the Evening of Appreciation, a photocopy of each artist’s original art is framed and displayed at the district office for a full school year. The artwork is reproduced in packages of notecards, which are available for sale. All proceeds help REP to support art opportunities for schools.
